SYSTEM PAYOUTS TROUGLE

I send letter to Izea contact support to ask assistance from my issue in my dashboard countdown and in my approved posts. I, attached a print screen of the details in my account that confused me. Today, I checked my email and saw a reply from my Izea management. Now my issue was resolved.And also Carrie's post last October 12,2009 explained the cause of payouts down system well. I also receive a mail this afternoon from contact support that they had paid me twice and asked me to return the payment to help them in their manual reconstruction. And when I checked my account at paypal to return the payment sent to me by Izea I can't find the button for returning the payment. The only thing in my mind right now to return the payment is to let paypal reverse the entry. But for now, I am happy that my problem has given a prompt response from Izea contact support. Thank
